He went on to earn a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Texas Tech University before beginning his career at a leading A|E firm, where he discovered that engineering is as much about people as it is about precision.
After years of working within some of the industry’s most established firms, Heath founded Worth Engineering with a clear vision: to create a firm where relationships drive results, trust is built project by project, and leadership is measured by how well you elevate those around you.
