A Fort Worth native, Courtney attended Fort Worth Country Day before heading west to the University of San Diego, where she completed both her undergraduate and graduate studies. She returned home to Fort Worth in 2005 and began her career in the Dallas–Fort Worth advertising agency world, building a foundation in marketing, branding, client service, and strategic communications.
Courtney later transitioned into the technology industry, where she spent 15 years supporting architecture, engineering, and construction firms through a managed IT services provider. Working closely with AEC clients gave her a unique perspective on the industry and a deep appreciation for the relationships, responsiveness, and trust that drive successful partnerships.
As Marketing & Sales Director at WORTH, Courtney leads the firm’s marketing, business development, and sales efforts — strengthening the WORTH brand, building client relationships, supporting strategic pursuits, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Outside the office, Courtney and her husband are raising four kids and two dogs, so weekends are rarely quiet. When they aren’t bouncing between cheer competitions, soccer, basketball, and volleyball, you can usually find the family at the lake.
